Appealing a decision is your right as a member of our campus community. If you believe a hearing was conducted unfairly, if you think the information was inadequate for the outcome, if you think the assigned sanction was inappropriate, or if new and sufficient information becomes available you can fill out one of these requests:
- Appeal a Conduct Officer decision
- Appeal an Academic Integrity decision
- Appeal University Conduct Board decision
- Challenge an enrollment hold
- Challenge the jurisdiction for incidents that occurred off campus
- Petition to be released from suspension
- Petition to void disciplinary record
- Request removal of a Conduct Officer, Conduct Board Member or Appeals Board Member
- Request a delay of sanctions, provided by the Appeals Board's Final Decision
- Request the Appeals Board reconsider their decision
